I haven't played around with the town mechanic much but something might be flagged as a need even if consumption isn't totally implemented.
Yes you might be right. I've not found anyone leaving my town but i did wonder if there were conditions to meet
We're trying to troubleshoot this, did you leave food/water/med supplies in the town inventory?
From what I experience with the game, this look like a rare bug or you miss something.
I dont think they hate their job, It just a base skill level (exemple: Farming lv 15). If your worker farming is under the level requierement, you will gather less ressource, but if you double the number, you double the ressource gains.
