This vs classic vs XXL
Which is better for a new player? And what's the difference between the XXL version and this?

Classic is the oldest game which originated on the Amiga and was ported to PC it has a top down 2d sim which is faster to play than the modern versions

XXL was next released and has 2d and 3d parts if you add POCSim3D to it, it's not available on Steam, only directly from Rolf's site. The ports are more like their real world equivalents than in the original game which used more 'puzzle' type ports,

This version was originally developed a few years ago but has received some upgrades for its Steam release it features a 3d sim which also can be used with 3d glasses etc, economy wise its closer to the original but with the addition of some extra features including marketing and stock market etc.

This is a nice version if you want the sim elements in 3D and to have more realistic ports & weather / night effects /fog etc there are more sim sequences than the original but they do take a bit longer to complete to the original so the game balance is a bit different, depends what you like really (I like them all).

Hmm...Interesting! And what version would say is the best for the economy gameplay?
I've never played these games but it seems quite interesting!

of the three above I would say XXL economy wise . Lots of youtube stuff available for original & XXL or buy and play for under two hours and you can then refund or keep etc

Thank you! Seems like the best option for me would be buying this version for now since it's easily available on Steam and can be refunded as you said.

I also plan for updates using more features also from xxl or user wishes, now much easier for me to develop and updating the game using the steam platform which is really great

Schön zu sehen dass dieser Klassiker den Weg zu Steam gefunden hat, ich hab zwar die POC xxl Platin Lizenz für den PC aber ich gucke mal bei der Steam Version rein
