Massage Parlor cities

I have a massage parlor up and running in Urgune, and I remember seeing another parlor for sale somewhere else. I've got my manager and masseuse ready to go, and I've been driving all over the map but just can't seem to find the right city! Can anyone help?

Afaik, the location of parlour (and also warehouse) is random..
I finished 2 gameruns, and it varies everytime..
Also, if you found one avalaible, but you leave the city without buying it, (because you dont have enogh cash, etc), then it will dissapear the next time you visit that city again.

I personally think it's a bit of a flaw, It's hard to came by a manager / masseuse, so I tend to recruit them when they show up in the pub.
But then I'm stuck with them until luck takes me to parlour for sale...

Parlous appear by random. As soon as you see one, buy it. You don't need a manager to buy a parlour. I bought five parlours before I finally hired a manager.

I found a massage parlor, and it tells me I can buy it in the town hall. Thing is, there is no town hall that I can find on the city screen. I've clicked every icon on the city map and none of them will allow me to buy the massage parlor. A shame, because I keep on paying the big gal who I guess is going to run the place.

In Nevada, we would've called these places "ranches."
