Garbage, or a Hidden Gem?

Does anyone like this game at all? I'm considering getting it when there's a decent sale because from what I've seen and read, this game is nowhere near worth what it's priced at, but might be worthwhile at a potent discount.

Well, I like it. I just got the complete version thanks to the sale. Before that I only got the Girls Love version. So, I can only speak for that part. (And probably I wouldn't touch the otome part even now).

The sprites for the girls are very very nice, I just love them. The girls are all nice and well done. Their storylines are nice and fun to play. Love in particular the rich elf, I don't want to spoil it, but the moment when you got reunited with her is both touching and hilarious.

The gameplay is pretty simple, and sadly can't be compared to let's say Princess Maker 2. The random event are kinda annoying, like the taxes. And the dice system for the job it's a bit pointless, in the end I just do auto-resolve all the time.

But I got the game not for the gameplay, but for the story and romances. And they deliver. At least in the Girls Love version, I can't speak for the other part, I must say again.

I picked mine up as part of a bundle. It's okay. some of the events and plot lines are fun, but the repition is pretty high. Kind of to be expected, but because of how much you can game the system (and will probably want to. NO I do not want to go to my friend's destination wedding!), it can kind of crawl.
