Err so maybe I am just an idiot and didn't pay close enough attention during the tutorial, but I keep doing X job in hopes of encountering Y person, and I don't ever seem to have a random encounter.... is it based on stats? Or is it truly just random? If the latter, I assume the percentage of you getting a rando encounter is fairly low? All I know is that I have talked to Yana about 5-6 times and kissed her once, and yet I only have 1 completely full heart with her.

....and I am playing on "Easy Mode" if that data point helps (?)

Really confused/mildly frustrated that I am doing something wrong here.....LOL! Anyone have a similar problem?

Some of the love interests are only at a location for so long till they leave for another(Some migrate back in forth randomly, so try both locations for best results). An example is Hade moving from being a student to the researcher location.
