Won't start

I have verified the files,deleted and reinstalled the game a couple times. Nothing is working. I even reinstalled steam. It is only this game giving me trouble. Help!

Ugh. I really wish to know why that happens myself :(
Another user had same issue and then tried the demo on my site, and worked fine. So clearly it's something related to Steam (but the Steam version is basically the same of my site...)

In the game installation folder there should be a log.txt , can you post it here (and even other .txt if you find them).

I am not sure why that happens. Do you have any antivirus or other program running at same time?
I remember once I had that issue, and I solved it by installing the game in another drive/custom folder. Not sure why, but worked.

I changed drives and it worked and then stopped working again. Sorry for all the bugging, I do like this game.

No worries! You're not bugging me, the problem is that this is something at level of Ren'Py (the tool I use to make the games) or maybe even some weird driver/windows setup, so I'm a bit clueless, unable to help as I would to.
Are you using W10 by chance? Also did you try the demo on my site? if that one works then it's something related to Steam only.

Just a thought, if you try to manually launch the game by going in the installation folder and clicking the Spirited Heart.exe it works?

Wait, I think I found the issue, was a corrupted file! I just updated it, I think now it should work :)
