It WAS running on my current resolution once before though
<<UPDATE>>
Last night I tried some things with my monitor resolution (including going down tp 640x480) and got "Frequency Out of Range" on every setting I tried. I even tried to go back to before my graphics card updated itself and nada.
Pivvot is broken - time to get the devs to fix it.
I had to connect a bigger tv (32") in my computer (my usual monitor is 18.5"). Then I changed the resolution and connect back the monitor.
Might I make a suggestion? How about an update that enables windowed mode or, failing that, letting us know how to get into a windowed mode if it already exists. I have had this game too long to qualify for a refund so that's not an option for me. Even if it was, I'd much rather have a working game again since I enjoyed Pivvot.
I found kind of a solution. I opened the game, pressed shift+"the button to the right of ctrl" to go back to the desktop. I waited a little, then i got back to pivvot, the screen was glitched, but i managed to change the resolution in the options menu. I used screenshots of the the game to orientate myself.
I had to look at the option menus on YouTube to figure out where the options were while this crap's been going on since April. Thanks for the customer service Fixpoint Productions, in the future I'll be sure to support your developments like you support your customers.
The developer didn't even point that out...
