Controller support?

The game is supposed to have controller support. I can press A to get past the title screen to the main menu, but from there I can't do anything. I have a Logitech F710 controller. It works great in a lot of other games, but not this one.

I have the same problem but with a knock-off 360 controller.

I have the same controller than you (Mythmon) and I have no problems playing this game completely with my F710. ;o

I have four speedlink controllers with xinput support:

... and game not working with any of them.

it just says UNKNOWN DEVICE (USB JOYSTICK) and nothing works, and because it uses the dumb "steam_api.dll" file i can't fix it! i bought this game to play with 3 friends and can't because "full conntroler support" is a full lie. i would really like a solution to this. any way to change the steam api.dll thing maybe?

I don't have troubles with two 360 gamepads and a keyboard and mouse (four players).

Edit: no it sadly does not work for me. it still says UNKNOWN DEVICE (USB JOYSTICK) as the type of control and it seems like it should work but no. if it would just let me bind an imput to each player this would work great, but no such thing.

Yeah, I found out later that only one of my controllers will work. The others have the "unknown device" glitch.

Same here. Logitech Rumblepads 2 and game says "UNKNOWN DEVICE". Already tried x360 gamepad emulators but doesn't work either. Going for a refund. Such a shame for a local multiplayer game...

Just realized that they haven't fixed it since JUNE? And still claiming "full controller support"??? Come on ...

Doesn't work for me either... And my gamepads are recognized by Windows 10 as xbox360 gamepads and they work on all other steam games with the 360 support...
