Nope, it's only 1 person per keyboard, due to many keyboards having rollover restrictions. You can play it with the mouse, though.

Play it with the mouse? If so, there can't be many controllers, can it?

You can play it with up to 4 gamepads, of course.

I DONT CARE ABOUT GAMEPADS!

All I ask is: Can two persons play with 1 keyboard and 1 mouse?

Ok, except that many keyboards don't have that problem and there's no reason the option shouldn't be there. A bunch of local multiplayer games allow multiple players on one keyboard (or in my situation, one arcade cabinet controller board.) Inconvenient.

Your best option for multiple players on a keyboard is probably PPJoy. It creates virtual controllers on your computer and you can map different inputs, including keyboard, to the buttons. Me and my friends used it and another program to play Crawl with Wii controllers. Not the most convenient but it works.

The default setup for 2 player is 1 mouse and 1 keyboard. When you dont want to add controllers to the mix your either stuck or need to use third party programs to tinker around.
But id personally consider a controller, since those are very fitting for such an arcade feeling. Or maybe ask your friends if they want to bring their controllers over to your house ?

Also, 3rd party programs aren't working currently. There's a ton of stuff available to emulate keyboard with a joystick, but not much the other way around.

Its an arcade game! Ever been to the arcades ? Yes every cabinet had its own unique controller. And controllers are infact a smart design tool. Right now you sound just like a silly computer peasant. The strength of the computer is that it can combine the positive sides of both worlds. Broaden your point of view bro.
Well and until then have fun with only 1 keyboard and 1 mouse, no 4 player action for you. Sorry ....
