Don't forget the Thieving Knife and other weapons that may share its powers. Thieving Knife is a thing you get for worshipping Murkan at the start of a game. It has a chance to drop gold when you hit a monster with it, similar to a Gnome's basic attack ("Gnomes" are the little men tier 1 monsters that throw out bear traps).
Glacial or Ice Magic weapons have a chance to inflict ice effect (slows enemy down) on hit.
Other random modifiers like Dull (low damage), Awkward (low speed), or Barbed (more damage) affect base weapon attributes accordingly.
Cyclone weapons ("blessed by the Cyclone monks") will throw out slow-moving cyclones that damage enemies they touch.
Vampiric weapons ("% chance of Lifesteal strikes") will drain health from an enemy if the effect procs.
Oh, and the bow of eternal flame.
Are we counting magic staves? They have chain/greater ice shard attacks that I believe are exclusive.
*Frog ? : I have seen (but didn't buy) a frog sling (not cursed , but with 11% frog chance) I assume it works like the witch magic , as in it turns monster into frogs for a certain time ?
Need more research on this one.
Also , for the record:
Water strikes are the same projectiles as the ones from the Book of Tears and Plasma Strikes are basically green fire projectiles , somehow similar to the Rat magic projectiles , but smaller.
