212/213 Secrets

I've been playing this game for awhile, and right now I have 212 out of 213 secrets, but I, for the life of me, can't figure out what I'm missing. There are sadly no walkthroughs or guides that I have found that have all the recipes from the update, which makes it very difficult to figure out what else I need. I really want to 100% complete this game, so if anyone has an updated guide or knows where I can see which secret I'm missing, that be really helpful.

I just unlocked the mimic tree, and I've already unlocked the rarest of the secrets (Vase of Ashes).

Question, for the Kraken, does his tentacle act as an additional secret? Because that's the only thing I think I could be missing, but I'm positive I've ran up and touched the tentacle before with no results.

Hey thanks so much for responding, even after all this time-- I will definitely have to check this out, and see if I can get that final entry. I decided to leave it alone, because I didn't want to have to keep doing trial and error on the hope of finding what I need, so having the full list will make it easier to figure out what is the final ingredient that I need and how to obtain it.

I've already collected all the trophies for this game-- but just getting all the achievements does not necessarily mean you've 100% the game, and I try really hard to find everything I can, for the best experience. So once more, thank you for reaching out after all this time.
