Screenshot F12 not working for me

My F12 isn't working for this game. Does anyone know the folder number for Cinders in 760/remote/ folder? I'm just going to use steascree to make screenshots. But, I don't have the folder because it only generates it when you take screenshots. Thanks.

I have the same problem.
After reading your comment I installed SteaScree. I had never heard of that software before but it's really helpful. Thank you!
