The custom save folder that I made for FHM11 is completely empty and I am unable to make even brand new FHM11 leagues. I get the message "Could not open save folder!" It turns out that I go into settings and find out that the save folder is set to a folder that doesn't exist. However when I try to change the folder to the FHM11 folder, the change does not take place, it still keeps the old (non-existent) folder location. This obviously prevents me from creating any new FHM11 leagues.
To answer your other question, my FHM10 save folder (which is working) has only two non-online leagues. One is on July 1, the other isn't.
So there are really two issues which may be related?
But FHM itself can't be on a particular date. I can't even make a new league because it won't recognize or change the save folder. And if we're talking about imports, it doesn't make sense to me that FHM itself has to be on July 1 for FHM10 saves to import?
Have you Physically moved your FHM10 save into the FHM11 save folder? (settings > troubleshooting > open customizable data folder > saved_games) do it in both games with copy/paste.
I could certainly try that. But the problem of course is that I can't even get it to recognize the FHM11 save folder. It turns out that I go into settings and find out that the save folder is set to a folder that doesn't exist. However when I try to change the folder to the FHM11 folder, the change does not take place, it still keeps the old (non-existent) folder location. This obviously prevents me from creating any new FHM11 leagues.
