Does Magneto's ult have an absorb limit?

Title. Popped it twice today vs an ulting punisher and it instantly cancelled it and took my ult charge. Which leads me to believe that magneto's ultimate ability can be overwhelmed by 1 man with a big gun. Which seems extremely silly to me if that's the case.

If I'm missing something please lmk. I don't think it was an enemy stun or anything because it happened so fast both times I don't think it was an enemy using anything on me.

That's exactly what's happening yeah. Punisher's ult just has so much dps that it nearly instantly pops

If you can let it go fast enough it can and will one shot anything caught in it

Punisher's ult could just be a laser that one-shots anything instantly and it would only be like 5% more effective than it is right now.
