Cursor lock with multiple monitors

I have two monitors and play this game on my right monitor, but on Fullscreen the cursor isn't locked and will jump to the other monitor. On Borderless windowed the cursor stays, but if I pan too far left my view will start jumping up and down and I lose control, and have to pan right again. Has anyone seen this as well with multiple displays and found a solution? As far as I can tell, all other games I play have cursor automatically locked on Fullscreen
