Will the mechanic where recruits could go on missions and get scrap and other things be reintroduced?

i think it would make it easier for people because the grind of this game was intended for when it was a mobile game.

i hope for the pvp to be fixed / reworked the system isnt based on your trophys but progress and team lv i think? ive been locked out of bots i should i have and i wish i had that would help my team alot.

i think a reroll button needs to be added to the shop and fish market, like a reroll an hour? and make it where the fish market wont have the same deal of the day after completion

one thing that i do feel is missing from the mobile game is the access to bots from later on in the game, the mobile version had access to them from the battle pass occasionally at least when i played, and i like the feeling of having a bot that normally i wouldn't have until i got far into the game, would adding a small chance for frames being added to boxes or another source like the shop me implemented?

Oh is THAT what the 'business' stuff is about? FW_Eren said there's a cosmetic that lets Recruits get scrap when they do fights in the maps but I sure can't seem to find it.

As for the bots, you seemingly can get them from the Danger Zones, I'm still finding new Alpha Bots for new ones... or did you mean the bots in the Solo Arena's point system like Longshot, Nozzle, Hornet etc.? Or is there even more?

when i played on mobile you could buy robot frames from the shop or get them from the battle pass, and chests, i liked this mechanic because there wasn't a need to be super far into the game to get some bots, it felt refreshing.

as for the business stuff i think that is a mistake they left in with out realising it was still in the game,

in mobile there is a business tab (next to boat tap) when you upgraded your boat you would get Power, the power was used for upgrading your scrap gain from certain things, you could upgrade your recruits and your own repair canister, and how fast your bots gain ai lvs.

you also had 3 machines that you could upgrade with power, The Scrap Collector, The Arcade Machine, and The Chip Fabricator, They all had a 6 hour timer till you could claim what they made.

Scrap machine made scrap, arcade machine gave coins, and the chip fabricator gave a ability or booster and had a chance for it being a higher rarity.

the recruit tab was a separate thing, it allowed you to send your recruits on jobs, there was 5 you could chose from and they would refresh on a timer as well, the rewards were shown and based on good the rewards were and how strong your recruits were the timer on the mission would be longer or shorter.

styles also didn't give stat changes on mobile. you could buy them with the game currency equivalent to v bucks, and there was a cosmetics tab in the shop to buy outfits.

Wow dang that explains some things... well alright, good to know I'm technically not missing anything.

Though I do wonder where that cosmetic they said is, it was on another thread, a cosmetic that the recruits could wear and they'd get scrap from the fights they'd win...
Shame, getting Essences is taking way too long.

I found it eventually, it's the Pirate Lord's hat that you get during the story but that's a ways off for me still because the grind is unreal for Essence

I wonder what happened with the machines and recruit missions too. It really helps with grinding. Is it because it was time based so it's not included in PC where we might tweak the time?
I felt my progress much slower than mobile version because no business tab.

do the outfit bonuses apply if they are not equip / equipped to recruits?

Equipping recruits with outfits that give bonuses or special effects will also apply to the recruits.
