I have questions

I'm hoping by pointing out a few of my questions it may help others to think of their own, maybe help the Developers refine the game's description, and/ or help me find someone who has played it, and tell me about it, so I can find out if its worth my money.

*Is this only meant to be a milking simulator, (I see some level of resource management)?
*I see nudity from the waist up, will there be more?
*The gifts given, are they only meant to be items to increase affection, or do they trigger an event?
*Is there any romance?
*Is there any sexual content?
*The description says 2 women, but i see a few more in the trailer, will the others have a role to play?
*Is there any variety in breast size? -example: one the women you start with may have small breasts, her production may be decreased, and after you have someone better for production, you can relocate her to waiting on tables, or keeping the establishment clean, or let her go because she cost too much to pay to keep her around.
*Is there a gallery, I could have missed the mentioning of this?
*Can we change outfits on the women?
*Is the coffee shop itself upgradable, to seat more customers, to make more money, or only the milking machine?

*small disclaimer : I don't know why, but I like the look of this game. I'm not into milking women, or big breasts, or animal print clothing, this may explain why I have these questions.
