Disable NBA Draft

I have been playing a couple of different stars with low level european teams and have been pushing young players to be stars. All of these runs end the same: some nba teams draft my best young players and I am left in the dust - years of progress gone.
Is there a way to disable the nba draft?

it is actually pretty realistic sadly. For example beşiktaş got alperen şengün then he just went nba and left them with nothing. But yes there must be a satting that disable draft or someting.

while I find it annoying it's realistic, what should definetly be implemented is that NBA teams have to buy you out though. I started to sell players immediately when the news about them possibly being drafted came up cause otherwise they are just gone without even getting money

It´s not really realistically since if a player signs a 4 year contract and gets out of it without any consequences monetary or bans, it´s not what i would call realistic. Even if NBA does want to draft a player they pay the team where he is still under contract, a small amount but still. Currently in the game you get only a kiss and go f yourself. This should never happen.
