Okay so far here is what I've done.

Follow this to extract from the .pak file

You need the program:

QuickBMS
http://aluigi.altervista.org/quickbms.htm

Once there, you will need a way to view the .g2r files. I used Granny Viewer:

I know it's for Civilization, but it works. I was able to open the file "whitey.g2r" which is a butterfly model.

I'm posting this before I had the chance to try to inject it after modifying it. Hope this helps kickstart interest in modding.

Yeah, I got as far as being able to view some models and Im at the front door of importing mods but the doors locked it seems.

I havent touched it since late May though. Will upload what I can

I opened a file of the beta T.Rex they had and as well as the normal and iirc the mutated T.Rex too
