At very least, you guys should drop the price of the game to next to nothing. After all, it will essentially be less than half the product it's intended to be without multiplayer...
My only rationale would be that it was stuck in Greenlight so long (it ended up hitting mobile devices first, even though it was initially planned for PC, IIRC) that they figured no one really wanted the game, so why bother with local multiplayer? And although I could understand this kind of thinking, it sure did undermine their product, as it turns out.
But I still don't get why the game won't be able to run its multiplayer through Steam... It's not like it's an MMO -- it only needs a P2P connection.
just google for "Second Chance Heroes key" its not that hard, guys.
I wanted to try it out, and was just waiting for a slight price drop. Oh well.
I am getting tired of supporting small dev teams who essentially abandon ship (see Recruits), leaving us buyers with orphaned, usually broken or unfinished games. I'm probably going to try to be more careful about games I support in the future. One can only flush so many dollars down the toilet.
