Durin's Guard Helmet
Why is it Labeled a Tier II Helmet when Khazad armor is Tier IV?

I could be wrong, but I think that despite the Mithril Helm (which is labeled Tier III) all helms are Tier II, except a few who are marked as Tier I because they have special properties, like the Miner's Helm which produces light. Cannot tell if this is a bug or not.

The most Helms have less Tier than the amour they belong too ?! :steamfacepalm:

dwarf heads are only so important, and have natural DR, so yes. EVERY (excluding mithril) has the same armor value, allowing more flexibility in decorating your Dorf.
Dont be sad you dont get more armor,
Be glad you get to wear more armor.
