Will there be any major updates coming out in the future, adding new modes or additions?

Not sure where to ask but should I get this game? I heard a lot of features just are not in the game and it sounds unfinished... for example, the game states that there is animal handling but there is no such thing? Mind you I got my information from reviews... any opinions or information would be very much appreciated.

I'm playing solo. Have 24 hours in game and paid, I think, twelve quid (about 15 dollars) for it. I'm getting my money's worth.

If you have visions of the Moria fight from the movies... well it's not really like that. There's a lot of resource grinding, the combat is kinda bad.

If you want to try a game that doesn't do a lot of hand-holding, just leaves you to discover things on your own (or Google them...) then it might grab you.

FWIW Valheim or V Rising are "better" games but also very different.

Although some things are annoying, I find the game very atmospheric. There is a trick that prevents you from losing your things when you die (I'm not sure if I should tell you about it here). That was the biggest negative part.
