Does it run under windows 7?

I am a bit too lazy to upgrade my OS. (all those tasks saving various files and ♥♥♥♥ -.-)
yet I have plenty of games that says W10 and run.

so anyone with W7 that can run this game? or is this one, one of those that cannot?

I mean, if you upgraded when it was free for, like, years, there was no "all those tasks saving various files and ♥♥♥♥". It just upgraded and you're good to go. But, I guess you're kinda screwed now.

You can get it, see if it works, and if it does, refund it. Very few people are on Windows 7 nowadays. You likely won't get a response.

The game uses DirectX 12, but you can run it on win7 with the -dx11 command line.
