Can't sing!

In the first hallway of Desolation I can't sing to activate the first broken Durins lamp after I fixed it. More bad news, after that hallway I found the next Durin statue and I couldn't sing to activate it either.

I had the same issue with the first Durin's Lamp leading to the Desolation. My dwarf becomes stuck in the process of singing with nothing actually happening. Though I didn't have any issues with any statue after that one.

Just had that happen to me last night in Desolation too. I logged off and back on and it fixed issue.

Had the same problem recently. Singing did not work on both damaged and player-built Durin's Lamp in Desolation. I immediately backtracked to a previous room which was marked as Dwarrowdelf and, amusingly, singing worked just fine.
Reloading the game did not fix the problem.

But triggering a scripted dialog with a certain NPC soon after I've entered Desolation and restarting the game resolved the issue.
I was able to sing to Durin's Lamps and statue afterwards.
