It's called Wellspring I think. It passively grows up to four Entwood which you can take from there and store them in a chest, like common plants. Then the Wellspring will grow up to four new ones. Basically the same as the Elvish Planter with its Elbereth's Blessings.

Apparently the counter goes even higher than four... I just took 6 out of my Wellspring.
