Also when you dig for resources leave the front of the resource area undug and dig the back first, the enemies can't break stone or dirt they can only break the buildings you build.
Horde is a set amount of time you could wait them out without fighting anything if you think you're not gonna succeed.
Try with solo or custom setting.
bring 2 or even 3 sets of armor when the first breaks
dodging is OP as you have like 20+ Iframes
not sure why people cry about a game being too difficult when all they have to do is adjust the built in difficulty settings.
I agree it's not well balanced for a solo player and also game is designed to play in a group, that's why solo default seems off and probably why they added settings to change it. I doubt the devs even tried playing their game from start to the end as a solo player to test the balance.
And, as always, "solo doable" doesn't mean it's proportionally balanced or equally fair as a game in group. This happens a lot with games designed as co-op that have a sp mode. It's frustrating but well, at least we can change settings to ease it.
