If i destroy Mapstone will I get black diamond back?

If you deconstruct with the 'X' key on a keyboard, you will get them back. If you use a pcikaxe you will not get them back.

Build a campfire by a map stone, deconstruct the map stone and then the campfire, walk to the next map stone, and repeat.

Thank you so much. I got it back!
That only works on mapstones you built yourself. If it's one you repaired, then there's no refund.
If all else fails, you can run through a sandbox world far enough to encounter your first orc camps. It's easier to get more black diamonds that way then farming the low level enemies. Later levels you get more hordes and better enemies therefore higher drop chances.

You can often (always?) build a hearth next to them and destruct them, getting 3 black diamonds and not just the 1 you put into it.
I suppose this might be driven by difficulty settings, but I don't think it is.
if you used the lore or tome boost and it prog when building you didnt spend any and wont get any back
Some may be Grand Inquisitors and consider the following heresy, but ion care.
There are dedicated servers with grand warehouses and armouries (you're gonna have to find them yourself, search engines are your friend) where you can stock up on stuff before going on campaign or sandbox runs. I'm not really a fan of stocking up like this, BUT, there's one exception for this game.
Decking yourself with about 50-60 black diamonds before a sandbox/campaign run will just reasonably increase your QoL. But that's just me. Other than that I love grinding myself up. But those 50 black diamonds really made a difference between chore and entertainment. A game should be entertainment.
