Moving Furniture
I'm finding that destroying furniture and rebuilding it is the only way to move furniture and other constructed items like work benches and furnaces (actually, I've not been successful at destroying a furnace). Is there a move item option available?

No, you get full refund of materials back though.

If you're having trouble with furnaces, make sure you're properly targeted, since they are so big.

What is this "targeted" phenomenon of which you speak?

But srsly: is targetting a thing, or do you just mean make sure you're properly pointing at it?

There's an option when building to instantly deconstruct structures / decorations that you've placed. Just mentioning that in case you haven't found that option. I'm dumb and didn't notice it until several hours in breaking things by hand 😂
You need to have a hearth nearby to use that option, but they are quick and cheap to build and you can deconstruct them too after deconstructing the other items.
