Misinformation in banner?
The banner now says "New Expansion Available" But in reality I see no actual expansion or dlc that can be considered as such. The last big update does not contain big new content either. The dlc are so small that I don't see why they would be considered expansions. I might be getting old I guess but expansions were big additions before.

Did you actually read all they have done? I would consider it quite a lot.

Agreed. I saw the Expansion banner and went to check and couldn't find any info anywhere. only a Title 1.5 Update, which is NOT an expansion.

Super misleading.

Care to share? I see a lot of fixes and tweaks to EXISTING content. Nothing really new.

It is still a lot of work. They redid the farming. If It is an Expansion of Farming. Hence being called an expansion. It's not an update as they changed and expanded things. People want to complain. What more do you need in the game?? You care to share??? LOL

An expansion is not that at all. redoing a system is not an expansion. An expansion is something like... Baldurs Gate Siege of Dragonspear

Wouldn't know. Don't play Baldurs Gate. Again, what more do you want out of the game?? What could possibly make it better than it already is??

then why do you say this is an expansion if you don't know what an actual expansion is?

The game was expanded. Hence the dictionary word expansion. Google it. Why would I not know just because I don't play Baldurs Gate???? Lots of games get expansions and or updates. It is not the only game. And you are deflecting from my question.

Since you don't seem to know how gaming used to work before. another example is Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty. Or other example is Morrowind: Tribunal

Or another example is Doom 3: Resurrection of Evil

Wow, You are assuming I am young. How very nice of you. Still not answering my question. What more does the game need?? Very simple thing. Or is it that it doesn't need anything to make it better??? Plus all games I have not played. I don't do AAA games. Seems people like to complain about nothing these days.

I never mentioned anything about your age. Some people never played games until they were 40. They could add new biomes, new bosses, new creatures, maybe an over-world section to let us dig and create statues on the mountain. That is new content. not just bug fixed and a redone system (farming in this case).

I love the game, I have it on Epic and enjoy seeing that they are still fixing it but the banner is misleading. That is all.

I'm quite sure the devs have read the dictionary as I have. You have a good evening. Cheers.

have a good evening! but for others that might be confused about my post:

An expansion game refers to an addition to an existing game, such as a role-playing game, tabletop game, video game, or collectible card game. These expansions usually introduce new game areas, weapons, characters, adventures, or an extended storyline to an already-released game. They enhance the original game by providing further insight into its world, filling voids in the story, or introducing new mechanics.

See you answered you own question. They added mechanics. Most people are not confused by this. I think there are what two or three people complaining. Just so no one is confused about it all.
