Any way to extend the craft from container reach?

Any items that do this or perhaps an .ini edit? It's short distance is tough on base building for me.

You can put down multiple hearths allowing the reach to extend to each connected hearth placed. Currently have an entire forge covered with a few well placed hearths

This, basically. Any overlapping areas around hearths are considered contiguous as far as crafting from containers is concerned. You can have sprawling bases as long as sufficient hearths are placed to ensure the build area around each hearth touches, through a chain of touching areas, the ones with your chests.
