Anyone else's base still falling apart?
Just wondering, logged in today after patch, it seemed fixed then I logged out and back in and boom all sorts of walls and floors destroyed

Yes, my whole base collapse after this update :( I delete one roof element and whole construction collapse right to the bottom. I can't even rebuild it becouse even floors collapse without construction on it

I don't know what to do at this point, we have a game about base building and adventuring and half of this game does not work correctly. I'm sorry I bought it twice, they didn't deserve the support. I don't recall even having these issues when I first played it back on epic.

I got the same issue, in Durin forge, my whole base (walls + coffers) collapse... with luck I alt+f4 the game and got it back after reloading...

The best is to wait for a fix...
In worst case the game stores the older saves. You just have to rename them (+safety copy).
Not great but in case you lost too much of the base...

Its pointless until they fix it, reload old save, and bases will crumble again

Thank god they took the epic exclusive route and worked hard on fixing the game during that time. Oh wait..... They just took the dirty money and we still have the same issues the game has had since launch. :gameover: :gameover: :gameover:

Our base was crumbling but we found out if we have columns to hold it up it was less likely to break.

Looks like this game is as buggy as it was ages ago when i played it, glad Im not wasting my time d/l it again

I would not buy it until the base breaking is addressed

My whole base exploded, it didn't collapse, stuff was flying everywhere. Floors, walls, chest, my bed, hearth and meal table along with several other items just blew up in front of me. I restored a backup only to watch it all over. To be clear, this base has been standing for weeks...

Wish someone would make a mod to remove all base integrity checks if thats what causing this. It's incredibly frustrating to be really into a game and have something like this stop you cold.

mod? I know there was some old mods for the epic version but didn't think it was mod-able anymore.

I'm having the same issue. This is a new issue for me though, never had bases just crumble when I login. Gotta stop playing until this is fixed.

Can go on discord and check support and feedback, then submit your log and save game to their website https://northbeachgames.freshdesk.com/support/home
Maybe we can help them get this sorted quicker

Ow! Did you check all the lower column repair/rebuild integrity?

"If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them." Henry David Thoreau

Although restoring Moria is a labor of love and the physics history of building cathedrals and temples is fascinating, Nexusmods has a mod to 20x wall strength for the grandeur of Moria.

I've simply tried lowering the dwarf stress settings in game hoping it applies to masonry stone integrity as well, but it at least makes repairing easier.
