where the hell are the statues in the mine

Says on the title I have explored the mines for hours trying to find the rest of the statues to upgrade my gear and im missing 4 statues to get erebor gear and steel sword and axe

I understand that the game is some what generated but trying to find these statues that are not even in the mines are just not spawned in is annoying

The shafts/platform get you up or down to new areas where more statues are. I was running around looking but skipped those as i didn't see ladders going up or down. They do have them btw. Now have all the Erebor gear unlocked. Normal versions plus Shayar + Masharuz + Amzul. Not sure how it unlocked all the others. Maybe finding all the Normal Erebor unlocked all the other versions? I don't think my completing the ranger's journal did it. I did defeat Bolgakh and thought i got a few there. If not from defeating him there was statues enroute to him. And ofc that 2nd fragment we needed. btw game HUD shows "Search this area" please do so. I had thought i cleared out an area til i saw that message.

For me, it was crafting a complete normal set that unlocked the variants.
