need help finding Durin's Axe Fragment

I have looked and destroyed all the rubbish in the area it says to look. but I can't find the axe fragment for the quest. I would be grateful for some help locating it.

I'm playing campaign story line. with low combat. I haven't see a giant orc yet.

No I didnt. thanks. but it's the first one Im having trouble with.

For me it was floating on the second floor of some random house near the area showed.
I had previously destroyed everything so it was easier to spot.

Thanks for the help. I just found it. LOL it actually looked like a single rung of a ladder to me
