If your using a anti-virus or firewall make sure the game is whitelisted.

i have tried everything and nothing worked my 3 friends have no problems one is on ps5 and the other 2 are on steam like me , but im the only one having the issues i tried the clock and firewall and nothing

Just a thought, have you set the exe to run as Administrator? That helped some people play. I saw it posted on the discord.

the exe of steam ? if so i did now and no fix

Uh, I suspect not, go to the game folder and try admin setting on that .exe

Some games will run directly from the game folder, not the shortcut steam provides. I do not know if this is case here, but just FYI as general knowledge that may help.
