Edit: Aim for the orange eyes BTW. It only takes 4 shots to kill the watcher, if you hit the eyes
Lucky me.
Oh and the Elven Quarter is quickly running out of trees.
Mushrooms do respawn. I've knocked down a couple of the same ones several times. You can get wood out of any mushroom, even the smaller ones. But yeah, the elven trees do not seem to respawn at all. There are also WAY more mushrooms than elven trees, even if the mushrooms didn't respawn.
The only other resources that I can think of that isn't renewable are some of the gems and natural coal. But you can make coal with a hearth, so it's just some of the gems (such as the gems used to make anti-shadow charms, inconveniently found near shadow vents). Other gems are renewable (there are various ore rocks that respawn and those can drop gems). Possibly resin? I haven't found a respawning rock for resin yet.
Really? The only time I ever saw the Ubasam Wood mushrooms respawn was directly after a patch. I had quite few in the hall where my Lower Deeps mining camp is situated; I cleared the whole hall and not a single one has respawned so far.
