More Dwarves

I really enjoy the atmosphere and style of this game. I love the singing when mining etc but I do wish there was more dwarves and you weren’t the lone dwarf that fell into Moria. I guess I was kind of hoping you and a few NPC dwarves (for quests, etc.) would have fallen in or started working to reclaim Moria instead of you being alone. While I understand that this game can be played with others not everyone has that option. I guess I wish there was another mode, story, found location, or something where more dwarves/ NPCs have made it into Moria, and you are working/questing to reclaim/reunite with the others. I own this game on the PS5 and steam, and I love it. It looks great, plays awesome. I guess I am just a lonely dwarf looking for more than a Raven of Erebor.

I agree with you, it would have been cool. But adding more NPCS would have pushed the game more into a colony management sim kind of game. We'd probably end up with something like enshrouded, where the NPC's are just completely static mannequins that exist to be vending machines basically.

It's a very lonely experience. But it also adds to the experience in a way.
But yes, just a few other dwarves scattered around would have been nice, even one that you could just put in your home base or something.
But, I dont think that will ever be a thing, so we're just stuck in this lonely mountain.
Unless you have friends, that is!

I think the majority of people who have played this game are wanting the same thing. I purchased the game when it was first released on Epic last year and even then gamers where asking for this. The only reason I bought this on steam was because of the steam workshop. At some stage the game will open up to mods and then I hope to see dwarven npcs in the game as well as MANY other ease of life additions to the game. It still feels like we are playing broken characters to me when I need to go back and sleep/cook just to get my character to work properly.

Agreed, it would be nice to be able to have other dwarfs join you as you grow.

There are literally loads of Dorfs scattered around, problem is they're all dead ones.
