Is that the story?
You're a miner. You fall inside moria, get cut off from the rest of the dwarves. You have to find a way out. You have adventures along the way. End of story.
There's a campaign mode, with objectives, but overall it's a sandbox survival crafting game. So you spend a lot of time exploring, gathering resources, making better weapons and armor, and building a base.
Having said all that, I am NOT putting down the game in ANY way. This is a great game, I enjoyed playing it a lot. I had fun exploring and fighting orcs, and really enjoyed working on my base. I have 160 hours in this game, and probably half that was just building up my base.
I would highly recommend this game. When I'm completely done playing this game, I will write a very positive review of this game.
