Same thing here but only on my AMD 9700x - RTX4080 Super system. My Intel 14900k - RTX4090 systems plays the game fine I can't figure out why my other machine just does this white screen BS.

Hi all that is correct -

we’re aware of an issue occurring where players are becoming stuck on a while screen at the start of the game or cannot press the interface buttons at startup. The team are investigating this internally but we’ve found that this issue is occurring primarily to Windows N and KN users. If you install the VP9 Video Extensions via the Windows app and reboot, the game should play the videos correctly for you. if anyone cant unstall vp9 from microsoft store(regional settings) you can unstall enchansed-h264ify in chrome extension and avaible vp9. worked on me

Hey this happened to me too. White screen on load and only audio and subtitles. I have windows N and installed the VP9 video extension from the microsoft store and worked for me.

I'm on LTSC so I had to sideload the appxbundle via powershell since LTSC installs don't include the installer or Microsoft Store. It worked fine after that.

Grabbed the file via https://store.rg-adguard.net/ https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9n4d0msmp0pt
