Need help with bonus "Phase" and "Double Time"

Somebody can help me with these, in Phase i manage to get till the last wave on the right side, but these enemies are way too many and kill me. :/
In Double Time I don't even have an idea how to manage it. :/

Ok got Double Time now, but still problems with Phase ... :/

Well took me quite some time, but somehow i managed to beat Phase, too ... but can't explain how, because you have to use slow down at the right moment and such to group reds or seperate them more.
