I should imagine that there is a RAM issue or a CPU issue with the plugin. It is my understanding that the pops you are hearing will be due to running out of resources. Either lots of plugins taking up all your RAM or CPU allocation. How much RAM are you using?
Is there anyway to "print" the effect - run the output of the track you're using the plugin on to a separate track and recording the output of the effected track to a new track so you record the output of Antares on a new track. It's possible thru bus sends.
Also, check your sampling rates - 512 or 1024 would be a try if you're not recording the instruments via an input. (similar thing can be done with midi tracks where you get the midi sound output routed thru a track). I know with studio one you can right click the midi track and then have it printed to an audio track.
At this point I am only guessing as I said, previously, I use an alternative program and I use Melodyne essentials (very sparingly) for my pitch correction. There are alternatives like Melda Productions that make their own pitch correction software that is free.

^^^^ The above website is where you'll find the M.Productions plugin suite. It's free and VST 2.4 (iirc) or VST 3
As a side-tip - have you heard of "top down mixing" or parallel processing via busses? Can be a resource freer with you only usin gon e plug for multiple channels.
Check out www.therecordingrevolution.com for more information on the whole "top-down" mixing approach. There is some very good information about sorting out your mix for a mix that doesn't use all the resources of your computer.
Good luck and I hope tha thelps you out some.
Preferences > MIDI > Playback and Recording > Playback
Prepare using 512 Millisecond buffers.
Beyond that lower Audio latencies may also assist. Hopefully you are using ASIO drivers (provided with hardware Audio Interface)?
Preferences > Driver Settings > Mixing Latency
Use the ASIO Panel to try to get below 10msec (256 samples is ok)
- WASAPI is also a direct driver and may get lower latencies if ASIO is not an option.
- Virtual ASIO - e.g, ASIO4ALL or VoiceMeeter may give you some joy.
- WDM and MME may not 'cut it'.
We have observed this behavior with several Antares plugins in SONAR and are aware of the issue. While this is something that will require continued investigation, the suggestions ShellstaX provided above are definitely things that can help to improve this behavior in the meantime.
