New Start Screen - missing Blank Project option
Usually I prefer to start with blank project. Not "Basic" template.
And new Start Screen have no such option.
"New Project" starts "Basic" template.
And when I close Start Screen, and go to File menu and press "New"... Then Start Screen pops up again, covering good old New Project File menu! So I have to close Start Screen once more.
So now that great new feature requires a few mouse clicks for what old version required just ONE.
Well, is there a way to add Blank Project option to new Start Screen?
Or I have to clean and re-save default "Basic" template, or just disable "Start Screen on Launch" from Preferences?

Looks like right now the way to launch a blank project is to go to File > New and choose blank.

There's actually no 'Blank' template file, like most of the other templates, it's actually just a straight call to SONAR. You could create a new blank template and place it in 'Cakewalk Content\SONAR (version)\Project Templates\'. You could tag it in the new start page and i'll show up at the top. Other users have brought this up, so I think something formally will be added or adjusted in the near future.

The start screen opening up over the File > New screen issue has been reported. It shouldn't do that, it doesn't on my main machine. Though I can get in a similar situation on some VM configurations, where I have a project open, I close it and go to File > New, before it has a chance to actually bring up the new Start Screen. That appears to be a timing issue, and will be looked into as well.
