3rd ending help

Anyone know how to unlock the secret boss ending? I've seen the moon presence boss fight on yt and I know it almost certainly has to do with Nicolas' dialogue but I can't find anywhere on line for what exactly I need to find and where to go. LOVE the game BTW :)

It appears you need to collect three Moon Shards hidden in different levels before attempting Race 14 (the true final boss). I found one during the Nicholas fight while I was bumbling around, so I'm guessing the other two are hidden in the other two fights: Gregory and Matilda Sisters. I'll have to check this out later, but Imma head to bed.

Hi ! Here's the locations of every Moon Shard :

1. In the Gascoigne/Gregory boss arena. You can see it from the moment the "catch" section start, but wait until you're actually fighting him to grab it.
2. In the Shadows of Yharnam/Matilda Sisters boss fight. You can see it when spawning. To get it, go in the center and take the ramp that is at your left.
3. In the Micolash/Nicholas boss fight. In the second chase scene, go straight until Nicholas jumps into a purple mirror, at the very top of the area. Before going back, check the room for a little side path that will get you to the Moon Shard.

Then, refuse the Doll's offer at the end to fight Miralodia/Moon Presence
