What is promising is that Eador, snowbirds first game was really buggy when lauched but team has patched it and added new content. Last add was free DLC.
So it seem promising in along run :D
does anyone have more details on this?
This is correct :)
Anything that happens from here on out is going to in happening Bannerlord. Which...honestly...I'm a little worried about. While they have greatly upped the graphics.......they haven't really talked about anything else that they're doing or what new and interesting functionality they've brought to the engine.
I mean, Caribbean and WF&S have so far showed some of the aspects that they could be improving, but it's been really mum, other then the official statement that Co-op campaigns will NEVER happen, and that Bannerlord will be using the same core engine as the other games, they didn't say what areas they were enhancing (aside from graphics) etc, and that has me a little worried.
Warband, when you think about it, was actually a pretty ♥♥♥♥ move. It re-uses most of M&B, just adding multiplayer, a new faction, and touching up the graphics a little. The ai is just as dumb as always, everything else is pretty much the same. I mean, sure adding multiplayer was probably a major engine alteration, but they didn't actually address hardly any complaints about M&B, despite having an oppertunity to do so, and plenty of existing mods to draw inspiration from for the sorts of things people wanted in the core game.
And I'm honestly worried that Bannerlord is only going to be a minor upgrade over Warband, mostly in the area graphics.
