After having asked him about the tomb, get out of the area for a while, take a walk around and come back a bit later. He should be ready. Unless you broke the savegame?
Have walked around to all locations on a circuit at least 5 times and it has been hours already. Any chance that you might have a save game just prior, or after, talking to the vicar?
Download the Zip-file and extract it into a temporary folder.
If you're using the Steam default installation folder for all your games you will find the Black Mirror savegames in the following folder:
C:\Users\<YourWindowsUsername>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Black Mirror
Copy the extracted files into this folder (let existing files be overwritten).
If you can't find the subfolder "AppData" in your userfolder, go to the file explorer command line, click in the free area right from the current path, press the BACKSPACE key to remove the current path from the command line, type %appdata% and press the ENTER key. Then click at the "AppData" in the command line. Now you can navigate through the mentioned folders on the right side of the file explorer.
If you have installed Black Mirror into a folder that is not a subfolder of "C:\Program Files" or "C:\Program Files (x86)" then copy the extracted files into the game folder (let existing files be overwritten). The game folder is the subfolder "\steamapps\common\Black Mirror" of the folder you've chosen in Steam for Black Mirror.
The savegames are for the english language version. It's possible that they don't work correctly for different language versions. E.g. savegames for the most current german version don't work correctly for the english version (black screen after loading sometimes, some inaccessible hotspots).
If you have problems making the linked savegames available ingame just drop a word.
