Game won't go full screen (4K Monitor)

Hey to any who may read this, I cannot get the game to go fullscreen - I am running windows 10 and keep seeing solutions such as the following:

Go to the application file and click properties, from there go to compatibility and disable display scaling on high DPI settings but that option does not appear for me... any other solutions?
