Red dot means what ?

Hello :)
So im enjoying this game and got some hours into it by now.
Under contracts, when viewing possible deals/order they are sometimes
marked by a red dot on the upper right corner of the image.

what does the red dot mean ??

no thats not it.. i can have like 3 contracts all about the same product.. like 38 pressed metal, 54 pressed metal and 60 pressed metal, and i have like 200 in storage. and 1 of those offers is marked by a Red dot.
but i have no clue what it means

From what I saw online, these contracts pay better. Hope that's it! ;-)

i hope you are right :D but normally the color red signals Danger/stop etc so i was thinking the red dot was meant as a way of flagging a bad deal.. but no clue lol

ok I checked in game and the red dot marks the new stuff, like new scrap deals will have a red dot.

ahh okay, thank you for investigating :)
i still thinks it pretty odd.. the color red means danger,stop,go back etc etc.. so odd choice imo.
if i were the devs and wanted to mark new stuff i would make a a emoji with the word new or something like that..
