Trash collectors to do 2 sites per day...?

Is there any upgrade that allows trash collectors to do 2 sites a day? either by selecting two before sending them out, or them finishing the first job earlier, so we can send them out once more? even if we have to pay some overtime, it would make sense.

If the time they require to finish one job would be dependent on their daily capacity and the size of the job, they could also (more realistically) come back at different times and not cause a traffic jam at 4pm... and can also solve the above issue.
For e.g.:
- Base Time
base time requirement for finishing a job that is 100% equal the size of the worker's capacity could be 7 hours in the beginning and 5 hours after "Leadership Certificate" is unlocked.
- Actual Time
the time it takes to finish one job: 7 (or 5) hours x job size (kg) / daily capacity of the worker (kg). e.g. job of 60 kg for someone with 80 kg daily capacity: 7*60/80 = 5,25 hours, so if they were sent out at 10 am, they'd be back at 15:15
- Possibility to send them out twice
If there is still capacity for the worker (i.e., they have a daily capacity of 80 kg, and have done a 40 kg job before, they could do another 40 kg job later, but not a 50 kg one).
AND there is still time to finish before 8pm (to leave 1 hour till 9 for unpacking) then they could be sent out a second time - provided that any overtime is paid, see next point.
- Overtime costs
if we send them out at a time, that they cannot finish before 4pm, we have to pay extra costs for each hour after 4pm. This would be asked in a popup when sending them out, if we are ok with the extra costs (or could be set to "autoaccept overtime cost" in the settings.

There doesn't seem to be. They always seem to return at around 1600, regardless of when they departed or how much or little trash they were sent to pick up :/ I was hoping to get them to do a 2nd run, but the game seems programmed to avoid allowing this.

Hopefully in the future they will consider it, but maybe balancing it out a bit with a morale system (the more OT, the lower the morale). I'm also hoping they might consider allowing them to help each other unload as well as the sorters when they finish unloading your own truck, as the time it takes them to unload their trucks is kind of excruciating.
