Recycling bins by street and turorials

I bought the recycling bins that are installed next to the street so people can walk over and toss in bottles and other items. Where do the items go after? I can not see any increases to my recycling machine storage.

Where can I revisit the helpful tutorials that pop up as you unlock things? I closed some windows by accident about the collector that I want to see again.

They create bins like the sorter does. You empty the bins by clicking near the bottom - the square is a little door and you can pull the bins out and use them.
