Another Chance?

I purchased this game a couple months ago, played it for under 2 hours and unfortunatly requested a refund. I went into this really hoping that is was very similar to sid miers sim golf but unfortunatly it wasnt. It is great for what it is but I had different expectations on it. Im curious, since lets say, 4 months ago, have there been any updates to improve gameplay that feels more Sid Miere esc?
