oh also you have to buy ammo from the store, it only shows in all section! :steamthumbsup:

Could be an issue with the game, I'm not sure. Its definitely not supposed to restrict you from having ammo or from reloading. Maybe try reinstalling the game, been a bit since i last played so I am like 50% sure your save will be saved.
